The Eighteen Moreland Loft Townhomes in the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta were designed to be contemporary, urban, and timeless. These market-rate units were conceived as a for-sale development but were converted to rental homes with the economic collapse of 2009. 2015 will see the last of the units sold to an Atlantan eager to experience a walkable, dense development just steps from Little Five Points.
