Which Came First…The Rendering or the Building?

It’s funny how the finished project ends up looking exactly like what the architect envisioned. Graham Little Studio created a renovation plan to transform a long vacant office building at 835 Julia St. into 26 contemporary loft apartments. A small weather event in August 2005 delayed construction for a bit, but the finished project – high and dry – was worth it.
